This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit rasolution.it, why it is processed and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Italian data protection law (D.Lgs. 196/2003, as amended).

rasolution.it is a private, non-commercial photography website.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical information in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement with the hosting provider is in place.
3. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message are sent to me by email so I can reply. The data is used only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and is not passed on to anyone. To prevent spam, the form uses a hidden field and a short time check; no external spam service is used. I delete your messages once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply. The same applies if you write to me by email directly.
4. Fonts
The fonts used on this website (Archivo and Public Sans) are stored on this server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font provider.
5. Instagram feed
The About page shows my latest Instagram photos using the WordPress plugin “Smash Balloon Instagram Feed”. The images are loaded from this server, so your browser does not contact Instagram while you view the page. Only when you click a photo or a link to Instagram are you taken to Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., where Meta’s privacy policy applies: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.
6. Links to Instagram and WhatsApp
This website contains simple links to Instagram and WhatsApp. No data is transmitted to these services when you load a page. Data is only processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. once you click such a link and leave this website. WhatsApp’s privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
7. Google Analytics
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes your IP address in shortened form. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
8. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This website does not use cookies for visitors, except:
- Technical cookies set by WordPress only when someone logs in to the administration area. They are not set for ordinary visitors.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, only after you have given your consent [delete this point if Analytics is not used].
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings at any time.
9. Comments
Comments are switched off on this website, so no comment data is collected.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, simply write to the email address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, garanteprivacy.it.
11. Security
This website is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Backups of the website are created regularly and stored securely.
12. Changes
I may update this Privacy Policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
